Commonwealth launches new cocktail club

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Commonwealth, located in the heart of Fremont East Entertainment District at 525 E. Fremont St., has introduced “Commonwealth Cocktail Club,” beginning on Jan. 29.

Held every Friday and Saturday night, Commonwealth Cocktail Club offers a sophisticated setting for gathering over the popular Downtown Las Vegas bar’s acclaimed concoctions. Commonwealth’s Cocktail Club transforms the stylish space into a piano bar with guest performers and singers alongside the bar’s popular pianist, Spadoni.

Starting at 10 p.m., local DJs, including KidConrad, VTECH and more, take over.

Commonwealth has introduced new decadent cocktails to its current menu, including the sharable Basil Bae Punch Bowl, made with rum, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice and South Seas Syrup, with three to five servings and available for $35; Cutie Collins, a combination of cucumber vodka, fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup and soda, priced at $14; Willy Wonka’s Hangover, made with apple brandy, mezcal, fresh lemon juice, ginger, habanero and egg whites, available for $14; Pleasure Fist, a combination of light rum, dark rum, fresh lime juice, orgeat and orange liqueur, priced at $14; and more.

Commonwealth Cocktail Club takes place every Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. – 2 a.m.
