LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Beast food hall is a recent creation from the creative mind of renowned chef, restaurateur and four-time James Beard Award winner, Todd English.
The spacious, faux flame-enclosed dining room features an abundance of seating and dining options and is located inside AREA15, Las Vegas' newest, immersive art and entertainment district, located minutes from The Strip.
The Beast kitchen will collaborate on menus and prepare dishes for a number AREA15's experiences including Dueling Axes, Emporium, Five Iron Golf and ongoing events and immersive dining experiences inside the venue.

The food hall gives guests a wide array of dining options, truly offering something for everyone. Ease into the dungeon-like den by sipping some LaVazza coffee or hitting the Beast bar for a craft cocktail or local brew while taking in the sensory experience.
The Beast team, overseen by Chef Todd English, includes Corporate Executive Chef Kyle Kingrey, General Manager Brad Kleiss, Executive Chef Sani Hebaj, Pitmasters Joe Woodel and Orelle Young as well as Pastry Chef, Amanda Bryant. English brings his perfected pizzas to visitors of AREA15, including Caprese, Peking Duck, Smoked Mushroom with camembert, Fig and Prosciutto, Vegan Pizza with Beyond Meat Sausage, Buffalo Cauliflower and more, served at the Belly of the Beast Pizza. Enjoy breakfast for dinner at the Whacky Waffle Bar, serving Waffle Dogs with all natural franks. The Beast Breath Smoke House serves up skewers of Wagyu Beef, Black Dry Rub Brisket, Smoked Short Rib Churrasco, Alabama White BBQ and so much more.

The list goes of stations goes on: Amsterdam Burger made with house pastrami, gruyere and kraut at the Beast Burger; Singapore street noodles and pineapple fried rice at Wok the Wok; Truffle Cacio e Pepe over pappardelle with toasted garlic at the Pasta Beast; black bean burger with mango ketchup at the Veggie Beast; Korean corn dogs, wings, veggie madness, salad bowls, and more.
If guests have room for more, they can satisfy their sweet tooth with a macaroon or an old fashioned hand-dipped donut.
The Beast will be opening early February.
