The following is a list of food holidays in the month of September and information on local deals and special menu items:
National Bourbon and Chicken Month (September)
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is celebrating National Bourbon and Chicken Month. The special menu features Lewellyn’s Fine Fried Chicken and the refreshing Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade, along with some new additions, such as the delightful Honey Garlic Bourbon Glazed Salmon Fillet and the sweet and savory Bacon Butterscotch Cake.
NATIONAL CHEESE PIZZA DAY -- SEPT. 5
Cafe Americano is offering classic, made-to-order cheese pizzas on Sept. 5 for $17.
Flour & Barly Brick Oven Pizza at The LINQ Promenade is celebrating Cheese Pizza Day by offering $10 cheese pizzas all day long.
Giordano's is celebrating National Cheese Pizza Day on Sept. 5 with the introduction of its new Parmesan crusted pan pizza. Giordano's is giving its popular pizza dough a Parmesan-infused buttery crunch, topped with fresh ingredients, signature sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.
Mercato Della Pescheria at The Venetian is celebrating National Pizza Day with a Roman-style creation made fresh at their wood-fired Il Forno station ($16).
TREVI Italian Restaurant inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace will be offering $10 cheese pizzas all day on Sept. 5.
NATIONAL BEER LOVER'S DAY -- SEPT. 7
Cafe Americano is celebrating National Beer Lover's Day with $5 Bud Light drafts at their indoor and outdoor bars.
Flour & Barley Brick Oven Pizza at The LINQ Promenade is celebrating National Beer Lover's Day with Happy Hour pricing all day long.
NATIONAL SALAMI DAY -- SEPT. 7
Mercato Della Pescheria at The Venetian has a plethora of options when it comes to salami selections from their Salumeria station. Mix & match and create the perfect meat and cheese board to share among friends.
Therapy restaurant in downtown Las Vegas offers The Perfect Cure featuring a variety of cured meats, including salami, and cheeses served with seasonal jam, house pickles and whole grain.
NATIONAL CREAM-FILLED DONUT DAY -- SEPT. 14
Carl's Donuts is celebrating National Cream-Filled Donut Day on Sept. 14 bu offering 20 percent off top-shelf cream-filled doughnuts, including the fruity pebbles, cinnamon toast crunch, creme brulee, pumpkin cream cheese and raspberry cream cheese bar.
NATIONAL LINGUINI DAY -- SEPT. 15
The Barrymore recently introduced linguini and clams made with garlic, white wine-butter sauce and sea beans to its menu ($30).
Mercato Della Pescheria’s Linguine frutti di mare is a kitchen staple that encompasses the vast flavors of the sea. Jumbo shrimp, octopus, mussels, clams and calamari are tossed with linguine pasta in a rich seafood broth ($36).
Roma Restaurant & Deli offers several linguine dishes including linguine with clams and red or white wine sauce; linguine with pasta and shrimp in a white wine and lemon butter sauce; linguine and shrimp in a spicy pomodoro sauce; linguine in a spicy red seafood broth with scallops, shrimp, calamari, mussels and clams, and linguine with shrimp and mushrooms. Prices range between $16.99 to $22.99.
NATIONAL GUACAMOLE DAY -- SEPT. 16
El Dorado Cantina is celebrating National Guacamole Day by offering a variety of specialty guacamoles including tropical guacamole made with fresh pineapple, mango, green and red bell peppers, served with tortilla chips ($16); the tres chiles blend made with a blend of serrano, habanero and Fresno chiles, served with tortilla chips ($16); blue cheese and bacon guac made to order with blue cheese crumbles and smoked bacon, served with tortilla chips ($16); and shrimp guacamole made with Pacific Wild Shrimp and a house made Diablo sauce, served with tortilla chips ($21).
El Segundo Sol is featuring Chef Saul Garcia’s signature guacamole for National Guacamole Day. Avocados are cut and mashed slightly. Chef Saul then adds Serrano peppers, white onions, Roma tomatoes, cilantro, minced garlic. It's made fresh-to-order in (and then served in) an oversized molcajete with housemade salsa and freshly-fried tortilla chips on the side for $11.95.
NATIONAL CHEESEBURGER DAY -- SEPT. 18
Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is offering a special for National Cheeseburger Day. Guests can enjoy their classic bacon cheeseburger and endless fries for just $6.99 on Sept. 18. This old school burger is made with Applebee’s handcrafted all-beef patty topped with guests’ choice of two cheese slices and two strips of Applewood-smoked bacon, served with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on a Brioche bun. Not a fan of bacon (or maybe even cheese)? Guests can also enjoy the Classic Cheeseburger and Classic Burger with endless fries for the same great price!
Blondie's Sports Bar & Grill is highlighting their Blondie's Burger on National Cheeseburge Day. It's made with ½-pound of USDA choice ground chuck patty topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and choice of cheese on a brioche bun, served with a side of potato chips, skinny fries or steak fries for an additional price. Cost is $13.99.
Live life on the wild side for National Cheeseburger Day and try Buffalo Wild Wings’ Cheese Curd Bacon Burger – a hand smashed double beef patty topped with Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds, American cheese, bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and cool heat sauce on a challah bun. $12.29.
Head to District Donuts. Sliders. Brew. at The Cosmopolitan on National Cheeseburger Day. They have cheeseburger sliders (starting at $9). Make it a Brown Bag Meal with a choice of two sliders, a side of homemade waffle fries and a craft soda. Or, try their double cheeseburger or vegetarian burger with Havarti cheese for $11 each.
Dog Haus is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day by making any cheeseburger a double on the Haus. Guests get a second patty with cheese added for FREE when ordering one of seven Haus Burger creations, including the Little Mule – topped with white American cheese, avocado, pickled jalapeños, cotija cheese, fried egg and chipotle aioli, served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.
Farmer Boys will offer the Big Cheese for $2 on National Cheeseburger Day on Sept. 18 at participating locations. The Big Cheese is made with 1/4 pound of fresh, 100% USDA beef topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, dill pickles, and thousand island dressing on a sesame seed bun. The deal will begin at 2 p.m.
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is offering their prime burger made with prime beef, Wisconsin cheddar and peppered bacon and paired with a glass of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon or Mer Soleil Reserve Pinot Noir for only $30 on National Cheeseburger Day. Other burger options include their California burger or Mushroom Farro Burger, also priced at $30 each.
Flights, the new aviation-themed restaurant inside the Miracle Mile Shops, is serving up Bacon and Cheddar Beef Sliders on National Cheeseburger Day, topped with aged cheddar cheese, double-smoked bacon, and mayo for just $6 each.
Flour & Barley at The LINQ Promenade will be offering the Cheddar Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza made with cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce drizzle for $21.
Hamptons LV is offering its burger made of freshly ground creekstone farms short rib and chuck, gruyère cheese, arugula, tomato, dill pickle, roasted garlic aioli, smoked tomato ketchup and brioche bun on National Cheeseburger Day. They will even add a fried egg on top at no charge!
Holstein's is inviting guests to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day by trying their breakfast burger made with a beef patty, fried egg, bacon, cheddar cheese and hash browns. Cost is $14.
The Lardo Double Burger at the Lardo inside The Cosmopolitan features 2 beef patties with American cheese, bacon, onion and Big Nick's sauce for $15.
Get an early start to National Cheeseburger Day at Ketchup Premium Burger Bar at Miracle Mile Shops with the Morning Glory Burger: an Angus beef patty topped with applewood bacon, egg, hash brown, and cheddar cheese. Cost is $12.
Kitchen Table is inviting cheeseburger lovers to start National Cheeseburger Day off with a cheeseburger for breakfast. Their Hangover Burger ($15) is made with a beef blend, ham, house sauce, pickles, sunny-side egg, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, bacon, onions, pickles tomatoes, toasted and brioche bun.
Black Tap is going big on National Cheeseburger Day and giving away more than 1,000 free All-American burgers at its locations. The first 100 guests who order a cheeseburger at the Las Vegas location will receive it for free. The classic All-American cheeseburger is made with cheese, lettuce, tomato and housemade special sauce.
Located near the south entrance of Miracle Mile Shops, PBR Rock Bar & Grill offers its PBR Burger – an all-beef patty topped with American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Cost is $14.95.
PT’s Taverns are featuring the Gilroy Burger for National Cheeseburger Day. The Gilroy Burger is made with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, mushroom and garlic ranch on a half-pound beef patty and served with sea salt fries, TwisterTM fries or golden tots, priced at $15.
Celebrate your love of cheeseburgers and Jack Daniels at Cabo Wabo Cantina on Sept. 18 with the Jack & Coke BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, which is made with Jack & Coke barbecue sauce, bacon, fried onions and of course, all the cheddar cheese. This tasty burger is served with Cabo Wabo’s crispy French fries and is priced at $16.95.
Red Robbin is offering a one-day-only cheeseburger deal for National Cheeseburger Day. Enjoy a gourmet cheeseburger and bottomless fries for just $5, with the purchase of any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

Villa Italian Kitchen is offering a BOGO deal on pepperoni pizza slices on Sept. 20.
National Ice Cream Cone Day -- Sept. 22

NATIONAL LOBSTER DAY -- SEPT. 25
Flour & Barley is offering lobster mac and cheese made with lobster cream sauce, mac 'n' cheese, lobster, cheddar cheese and jalapenos for $19 from Sept.24 through Sept. 30.
Mercato Della Pescheria’s lobster arrabiata ($70) is made with a fresh, whole Maine lobster from their crudo bar and stewed in a spicy tomato sauce with seasonal vegetables and fingerling potatoes. Enjoy this dish on National Lobster Day.
NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY -- SEPT. 26
Cafe Americano is celebrating National Pancake Day by spotlighting their buttermilk pancakes for $21. Add chocolate chips, bananas, blueberries, Nutello or mixed season berries for just $4 more.
Cinnamon's is celebrating with their award-winning pancakes in the following flavors: cinnamon roll, red velvet, guava chiffon and pistachio. Priced at $6.75 to $6.99 for per short stack.
Kitchen Table invites pancake lovers to celebrate with their Peaches & Cream pancakes ($12) made with caramelized peaches, crème anglaise, powdered sugar, and whipped cream.
PT’s Taverns is celebrating National Pancake Day on Sept. 26 with $3 buttermilk pancakes all day. PT’s buttermilk pancakes are served in a stack of three, topped with powdered sugar and maple syrup and will be discounted for the holiday. Additionally, PT’s Happy Hour offerings are available daily from 5 to 7 p.m., and midnight to 2 a.m. Selections priced at $6 include Sriracha chicken bites and loaded potato skins; $7 selections include a half-pound pub burger and chicken parmesan sliders; and flatbreads, including three-cheese, meat feast, the Gilroy and buffalo chicken, will be priced at $8.
