LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Boston’s Fish House & Bar celebrates with a soft opening at Tivoli Village today from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
From the owner of Sunny Side Up Las Vegas, Nicholas Sord, which also opened during the pandemic, July 2020, his new themed restaurant, which he is partnering with his father, Bryan Sord, is known for flying in fresh New England seafood and scratch made ingredients.
The family duo also owns two restaurants in Chicago, Sunny Side Up Chicago and 94 West Steak & Seafood Restaurant.
Regular hours will soon be opened daily for lunch and dinner, 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. and will also include take out, catering and private events.
Chef Francesco De Furia hails from Tuscany & Napoli and has been overseeing the kitchens for years.
Chef's extensive background includes his own restaurant, catering company in LA, has worked at Ago, and opened Valentino at the Venetian along with the Wynn Las Vegas.
