Delano Las Vegas debuted "SpaceTime Kinetics," a public art exhibit by Las Vegas artist Cristian Aluas. The presentation will be available through September 30.
"SpaceTime Kinetics" includes six three-dimensional works of art, each inspired by the energy created within human relationships.
Each piece was assembled with locally sourced carbon steel and materials from Nevada's natural surroundings.
“We are excited to showcase this elegant yet impressive installation by a talented Las Vegas-based artist,” said Matthew Chilton, general manager of Delano Las Vegas. He stressed the importance of art and culture in the Delano experience, saying that the pieces create an "energetic ambiance and style."
Aluas has been creating fine works of art for 25 years, including large-scale murals, paintings, and installations. He works as an art instructor at Bet Yossef Community Center in Las Vegas and holds degrees in Creative Writing and Studio Art from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
