LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Get ready for 51 straight days of poker to celebrate the 51st World Series of Poker in 2020.
Scheduled from May 26-July 15, the WSOP is the longest-running and richest poker series in the world. The tournament returns to Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino for the 16th consecutive year.
Last year's events featured more than 187,000 entrants with over $293 million in prize money awarded.

The crown jewel of the tournament, the $10,000 buy-in Main Event, will have three starting flights starting on July 1 with the final table scheduled for July 10 and the event being decided by July 14.
Individual event online pre-registration won’t open until March/April, after all events have been determined and approved by regulators.
