For the 2nd year in a row, Clark County won the Emergency Preparedness Kit Cook-Off.
City and county officials, local police officers and other leaders in the community participated in the event to see who could come up with the best-tasting dishes using food found in a kit.
Commissioner Mary Beth Scow and Clark County Deputy Fire Chief John Steinbeck took home the Golden Backpack Award.
CCSD and North Las Vegas were the runner ups.
