Home cooks follow along with the chef-led live video cooking class to create three full courses, available only in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Each meal kit is packaged fresh with pre-measured ingredients and written instructions for every dish. This week, Chef Marc shows a fan favorite – a roasted Jidori Chicken Scarpariello, served with creamy polenta and braised red cabbage. For an appetizer, he shows audiences how to make a fresh Summer Panzanella Salad, then finishes the meal with a Mixed Fruit Cannoli, filled with a luscious ricotta filling.
Participants join through Zoom or YouTube Live from their home kitchen to engage directly with the chef and learn step by step instructions. Marc will be sharing his cooking secrets from his restaurant kitchen located at Ahern Hotel on the fabulous Las Vegas Strip.
The weekly interactive cooking experience is designed for home cooks to master classic dishes with direct guidance from an acclaimed chef.
