For the third year, Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada and Wet 'n' Wild Las Vegas are partnering up to encourage guests of the water park to protect their skin with free sunscreen while enjoying Las Vegas’ summer weather.
The sunscreen kiosk and additional elements comprising the partnership were designed with all ages in mind and to urge park visitors to stay proactive with skin protection.
Also this season, youth park-goers can participate in a Skin Safety Coloring Contest throughout the months of June and July.
To participate, children 12 and under (with the help from their parents) can download a coloring sheetcomplete the coloring sheet, bring it with them on their next visit to Wet 'n' Wild, and turn it in at the park’s gift shop.
Additionally, hard copies of the coloring sheet will be available on-site at the park.
Winners of the coloring contest will be selected bi-weekly on Mondays with the winning coloring sheet posted on the Wet 'n' Wild Facebook page. Winners will receive a family four pack of day tickets to the park during the 2016 season.
