Tivoli Village is going to be expanding later this year.
The upscale shopping center, near Rampart Boulevard and Alta Drive, will open its Phase Two in October.
The next phase of Tivoli, along with its existing first phase, will showcase approximately 370,000 square feet of restaurants and retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space. Its anchor tenant Restoration Hardware will be unveiling a 70,000-plus square foot gallery as well as Canter's Deli.
Additional changes to the property will include a new main entrance from Rampart, a larger park and recreational space, a main valet and more underground parking.
