The first applications for Faraday Future for its plant in North Las Vegas have been accepted.
The applications concern the electric car company's mass grading plan and drainage analysis.
The $1 billion factory is set to break ground next month and create thousands of jobs.
The project was approved earlier in December and the Nevada Legislature approved incentives for Faraday Future a little over a week ago.
