Aristocrat employees donate nearly $34,000 to Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada

Aristocrat Technologies employees raised nearly $34,000 for Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada.
 
Aristocrat Las Vegas-based employees gathered on Tuesday, May 31, to present a check to Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada. Joining the event was Mitchell, a local Make-A-Wish Kid. Funds raised by the company will go toward wish fulfillment for many Wish Kids, including wishes like Mitchell’s to go to Australia with his family.
 
The money was raised through a combination of efforts at Aristocrat, including the annual “Fast for February Initiative,” where employees gave up a favorite food or activity over a 30-day period and donated the money saved to Make-A-Wish and the Make-A-Wish Walk For Wishes.
 
Aristocrat is active in the Las Vegas community, donating an average of $100,000 to local charities each year.
