As the Las Vegas summer begins to die down, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca located inside Green Valley Ranch Resort, will launch brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
Kicking off on August 28, acclaimed chef Brian Massie will put his unique stamp on the brunch scene with Italian offerings.
Guests can start with seasonal fruit dishes or dishes, such as the cinnamon bread pudding, which includes toasted hazelnuts, plump raisins and salted caramel.
The star of Bottliglia's brunch will be its main courses, which includes farm-fresh breakfasts, crisp salads, entrees and pastas.
Bottiglia's comfortable oversized patio serves as the perfect place to spend a lazy Sunday while dining and sipping blood orange mimosas or pitchers of sangria.
