Las Vegas is getting another fabulous place to enjoy Mexican cuisine.
Helmed by Chef Jesus "Chuy" Villegas, Borracha's bold menu prides itself on offering dishes both universal and unconventional.
The restaurant is set to open on May 5 at Green Valley Ranch.
Shareable plates and burritos litter the diverse menu, as do entrees that are inviting and delicious.
Borracha will pride itself on offering a happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. that allows guests to try out some the restaurant's greatest hits including al pastor skewers, roasted pineapple salsa and chicken taquitos. All items are priced at $6.
Paying homage to the Day of the Dead, Borracha’s décor include festive skulls, a hand painted floor and a wraparound graffiti mural by famed Mexican artist, Oscar Flores.
