Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken is a fast-casual concept from brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg. Naturally, they specialize in all things fried chicken.
The restaurant chain typically comes out with a new sandwich every month, which is available for a limited time. For January, they've teamed up with Instagram food star Alexa Mehraban to create the AM->PM.
The sandwich is inspired by flavors you'd find at a New York City deli - there's matzo-coated fried chicken, prosciutto, mortadella, fresh mozzarella, pickled cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, and finished with a dollop of basil pesto and sun-dried tomato mayo.
Mehraban wrote in a press release that the AM->PM is a mash-up of her favorite NYC staples. And while the city-inspired ingredients make for an interesting sandwich, Blue Ribbon General Manager Mykl Kaupoe is more proud of the chicken itself.
"We're just normal people with really good food," he said. "We're just trying to spread fried chicken goodness. That's all we do."
You can get the AM->PM at all Blue Ribbon locations in Las Vegas, as well as delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash.
