The new restaurant concept, Block 16 Urban Food Hall, will open at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Aug. 31.
Located on the second level of the Boulevard Tower, restaurants include New Orleans' District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.; Nashville’s hot Southern chicken joint Hattie B’s Hot Chicken; Lardo, Portland chef Rick Gencarelli’s sandwich eatery; Chef Andy Ricker’s Pok Pok Wing from Portland; and Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake, an original Japanese handroll and sake concept from Las Vegas Restaurateur, Takashi Segawa. Ghost Donkey, a tequila and mezcal cocktail bar from New York City, will join the restaurants this fall.
The hours of District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew will be Sunday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Hattie B's Hot Chicken Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.; Lardo Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.; Pok Pok Wing Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.; and Tekka Bar Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.
