13 Delightful Deviled Eggs in Las Vegas

November 2 was National Deviled Eggs Day and there is no shortage of great deviled eggs in Las Vegas. Our list is compiled from suggestions from Facebook friends and other sources. It is in no particular order.

1. Crispy Deviled Eggs
The Smashed Pig Gastropub
The Crispy Deviled Eggs at The Smashed Pig are definitely crispy. The egg whites are coated with panko and flash fried and the egg yolks are mixed with English Branston pickles to give them just a bit of tang. The eggs are then topped with cornichons (tiny French pickles) and smoked paprika. You might want to try them with the Boont Amber Ale. Priced at $8.

2. Devil'd Eggs with cracklin' chicken skins
Pot Liquor 

The Devil'd Eggs at Pot Liquor Smokehouse BBQ at Town Square feature yolks blended with mayo, Dijon mustard, cornichons and chives. They are then topped with cracklin' chicken skin and chives. Cost is $7.50 per prder.

3. Deviled eggs with candied bacon
Yard House (multiple locations) 

The deviled eggs at the Yard House are made with candied bacon, spicy tomato sauce, sweet chili and chives. $4.25 per order.

4. Deviled eggs with fried oyster
Other Mama LV

The fabulous deviled eggs at Other Mama are topped with a fried oyster, pickled sweet peppers, scallions and paprika. Price is $11.  

5. Deviled eggs with smoked trout roe

The delicious deviled eggs at Yardbird are made with dill, chive and smoked trout roe. Priced at $10.

6. Devil's Eggs with crispy pancetta
Carson Kitchen

The Devil's Eggs at Carson Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas are made with crispy pancetta and caviar. They are priced at $8.

7. La'Kat's Deep-Fried Deviled Eggs

According to the menu at eat., La'Kat's Deep-Fried Deviled Eggs are "known to make giraffes dance." The yolks are scooped out of the hard-boiled eggs and the whites are deep fried. The yolks (with a tad bit of seasoning) are then piped back into the eggs and are covered with bacon, chives and hot sauce. Cost is $8.

8. Lobster deviled eggs
The Barrymore

The Barrymore on Convention Center Drive is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a special menu. One of the items on that menu is lobster deviled eggs ($12). The special menu is available through Nov. 6. The eggs are quite tasty and personally, we hope they keep them around.

9. Deviled eggs with house rillette
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill

The deviled eggs at Gordon Ramsay are served with a house rillette (preparation of meat similar to pate), garlic toast and English mustard. Priced at $11.

10. Deviled Eggs
Sporting Life Bar

The deviled eggs at Sporting Life Bar are described as "amazing" on their menu and we have it from a pretty good authority that they really are. And, they are only 50 cents each.

11. Speck & Eggs
Public School 702

The highly-recommended deviled eggs or Speck & Eggs at Public School 702 are made with crispy prosciutto.

12. Deviled Scotch Egg
Ri Ra Las Vegas
 
The Ri Ra Irish pub offers a deviled Scotch egg. A Scotch egg consists of a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in bread crumbs and baked or deep fried. The deviled Scotch egg at Ri Ra is filled with a creamy yolk mousse. Cost is $12.

13. Deviled eggs on greens
Memphis BBQ

The menu at Memphis BBQ says that their deviled eggs are a favorite right from the Mills' family table. Each order consists of four deviled eggs served on a bed of greens. Cost is $3.99 per order.
