Melinda Sheckells, Las Vegas lifestyle and entertainment expert, shares recommendations on what to try this week and what’s happening around town in the realm of dining and drinking.

Even though most of us are at home right now, there are many great Las Vegas restaurants open and serving through curbside, takeaway and delivery.

El Dorado Cantina (Tivoli Village) is doing cocktail to-go packages, in addition to the regular food menu at their new location. Available for pickup only, there are three boozy options.

1. Casamigos Margarita To-Go Kit ($65) includes a 375ml bottle of Casamigos Reposado, mixers and choice of commemorative Casamigos glassware or maraca shaker. Flavors are classic/house, mango, jalapeno and prickly pear.

2. Casamigos Paloma To-Go Kit ($65) includes a 375 ml bottle of Casamigos Reposado, two Fever Tree sparkling grapefruit mixers, Fever Tree tote bag, and choice of commemorative Casamigos glassware or maraca shaker.

3. Individual Casamigos margaritas are $14/each and come in flavors classic/house, mango, jalapeno and prickly pear.

Other specials include a Corazon margarita pitcher kit that includes a 750ml bottle of Corazon tequila and mixers for $45; bottles of red or white house wine for $25 each and individual bottles of Modelo beer for $3.

El Dorado Cantina is open from 11 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. They have their own delivery services as well as carry-out and curbside; and delivery partners Postmates, DoorDash and GrubHub.

Earth Day is April 22 and Founders Coffee (6410 S. Durango Dr. #100) is giving flower seeds to every customer who comes through the southwest location’s drive thru.

For the month of April, Founders has a Buy One, Give One program, where they donate a cup of coffee to a hospital worker. Purchase this month’s Giving Drink—the Doctor Golden, a turmeric milk with ginger, honey, and turmeric—and every Friday, Founders drops off to-go carafes of coffee, equal to the amount of coffees purchased, to hospitals around the Las Vegas Valley.

Open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the full menu available, including coffees, toasts, acai bowl and pastries, have Founders delivered via UberEats and Postmates.

The newly opened Jason James Pizza Bistro (8680 W. Warm Springs Rd. #100) features thin crust pizzas and a bistro menu. The giant meatball is not to be missed. And now Jumbo Chicken wings are available in flavors such as apricot sambal glaze, desert heat dry spice or hot ‘n wet. They are $11.99 for a pound and served with black pepper ranch, or add them to a pizza order for $4.99. Also from UberEATS, they are offering BOGO Caesar salad, pasta and sauce, or cheese pizza, on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Jason James Pizza Bistro is open for delivery (free within five miles) or pickup from 12 to 8 p.m., and a Saturday/Sunday brunch menu is available from 12 to 4 p.m. Check out online specials all week through GrubHub and UberEats. They also offer 15 percent off for anyone with a health card.

The RESIDENCY PODCAST (@theresidencypod), covering business, food, drinks, culture and all things Las Vegas, is giving away the Ultimate Whiskey Stay Home Happy Hour (a $650 value). The gift box includes two bottles of Jameson, two bottles of locally made Ambros Banana Whiskey, one WhistlePig 10-year whiskey, one bottle of Redbreast 12-year whiskey, two Jameson flasks, a Jameson backpack, an Ambros cocktail shaker, two Ambros hats, one bottle of WhistlePig maple syrup, one bottle of WhistlePig bitters and a custom Redbreast leather wallet
