Reverend Scott Wilson has done mobile weddings for the past four years in Las Vegas.
He owns 24-7 Vegas Weddings, and there's not a wedding he hasn't seen.
"We operate 24 [hours a day], 7 days a week and holidays. I've done wedding's in cars, courts, homes, everywhere" Wilson said.
Since COVID-19, Wilson said his business has suffered.
"It destroyed our industry and the Marriage License Bureau was not open," Wilson said.
But now, as the valley works to reopen and the license bureau is back open, Wilson is back in business and making couple's dreams come true.
