White Nationalist gather again in Charlottesville

Posted

A group of white nationalist held another torch rally in Downtown Charlottesville. Nearly three-dozen people gathered at Emancipation Park, the former Lee Park where protestors demanded the statue be removed.

Many in the group wore white t-shirts and chanted "we will be back."

One of the members of the group was well-known alt-right Nationalist Richard Spencer. In a tweet, Spencer addressed the Charlottesville mayor. "It was great to be back... We can catch up next time we're in town."

The mayor responded and made it clear that the group was not welcome in his town.

"Another despicable visit by Neo-Nazi cowards. You're not welcome here! Go Home!"
