It has become a New Year's Day tradition for many people to make a promise or a resolution to make a change or do something nice in the coming year.
Popular resolutions include losing weight and improving health, improving mental well-being, improving finances, taking more trips, volunteering, spending more time with loved ones and friends, getting married, become more spiritual and etc.
A survey by GOBankingRates found that the most popular resolution was to "Enjoy life to the fullest." The second most popular was to live a healthier lifestyle.
