Mötley Crüe's Vince Neil is reportedly being charged with misdemeanor battery after an incident with a fan at the Aria hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
The incident happened in April of this year.
Neil and actor Nicolas Cage were at the hotel-casino when a woman attempted to get an autograph from Cage and Neil pulled her to the ground by her hair.
After that, Cage and Neil ended up getting into a scuffle outside the property when Cage attempted to force Neil to leave.

Neil was initially cited for battery following the incident. However, authorities have since decided to change the charge to a misdemeanor, according to Rolling Stone magazine.
If convicted, the singer could face 6 months in prison.
Neil is scheduled to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom on July 27.
