A majestic video of a fairytale sunrise over rural Minnesota was one of the videos that went viral as we ushered in the new year. Enjoy a moment of zen.
Tourists were left in awe when a rainbow arched over a frozen waterfall on the Yellow River in China, among frozen banks and icicles, creating this beautiful wintry scene.
But not everything was peaceful this week. When the Pope was greeting faithful on New Years Eve, one women pulled on the pontiffs arm knocking him off balance. The Pope slapped her hand as seen here but later apologized for his reaction.Many on social media said his reaction was justified.
And an Amazon truck struggled to stay on an interstate at the Colorado-Wyoming border during powerful wind gusts, ultimately forcing it off the road. What a scary moment.
