From cats to dogs, a puppy got its head stuck in a tire in California. Riverside County firemen responded to a call and found a 3-month-old dog stuck.
They tried to get the pup free but they ultimately had to cut the wheel enough to remove him. The pup is okay and the firemen even gave him a nickname: #wheeliepup
