A pastor in Texas has filed a lawsuit against a Toyota dealership because he believes that one of its salesmen took nude photos of his wife from his cell phone and sent them to a website for swingers.
The pastor says that he and his wife were hoping to buy a vehicle and downloaded a credit application to his phone. He then gave the his cell phone for the car sales director for the dealership.
Attorney Gloria Allred is representing the pastor. The dealership says they can not comment because a lawsuit is pending.
