An important message for parents this morning. Target is recalling a brand of toddler rain boots because of a choking hazard.
The consumer product safety commission says the Cat & Jack boots being recalled were sold at stores nationwide
They were also sold online for both boys and girls in sizes of 5 through 12.
The agency has received reports of the boot laces breaking, which could be dangerous if ingested.
