A video of a California sheriff's deputy sitting in his patrol car and ignoring a possible crime is going viral.
Deputy Jeremy Fennell was apparently making a video to send to an ex-girlfriend. During the video he says:
“Someone is getting shot right now. I know I got to go, but I’m not going to go because you’re mad. Someone is getting shot. Oh well. Oh well. Because I want to make things right with me and you.”
It isn't clear when the video was made but it ended up on YouTube and is now going viral.
The deputy was relieved of duty on Jan. 25 and is now under investigation.
