Samuel Adams has created a Halloween beer that is illegal in 15 states.
It is illegal because of its high alcohol content. Those states include Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont and West Virginia.
The beer contains 28% alcohol. Their standard lager only has 5% alcohol. Most vodkas are usually around 40%.
Also, the beer is going to be much more expensive than their regular beer. Since they only made 100 casks, the beer is going to cost $210 per bottle. Also, it is only available in select locations.
