Robert De Niro is being sued by a former assistant for $12M because he berated her for not answering a call.
His company is suing her for $6M for using a company card for personal expenses and binge watching Netflix while on the job.
Graham Chase Robinson began working for De Niro in 2008. She eventually became head of operations for his company and named vice president of production and finance in 2017.
Robinson is also accusing De Niro of years of allegend gender discrimination, harassment and wage violations.
