Chocolate might be not quite the same guilty pleasure anymore.

Researchers at Temple University came upon the sweet discovery that could make for reduced fat chocolate.

The secret may be electricity.

Researchers said a new process could cut the fat by at least 20 percent by running liquid chocolate through an electrical field.

Some who sampled it say it has a stronger cocoa flavor and even tastes better.

The new chocolate may be available within the year.
