An Illinois woman filed a $5 million dollar class action lawsuit against Starbucks, claiming that the coffee chain puts too much ice in their drinks.
The woman claims that Starbucks' iced drinks only have 14 ounces of coffee instead of the 24 as advertised.
The suit suggests Starbucks start using larger cups so that the company can sell the amount of advertised liquid along with the ice.
