Jason Kunselman is being recognized for giving up his first-class seat to a mother with a sick child.
The mother was taking her 11-month-old baby from Orlando to a hospital in Philadelphia. The child has a chronic lung disease.
Kunselman told a flight attendant that he thought the pair would be more comfortable in first class.
The woman wrote about the act of kindness on Facebook and the post has gone viral.
