A couple in North Caroline is building a "hobbit hole" home based on the ones in the "Lord of the Rings."
The hobbit hole, which will be used as an Airbnb, is about 800-square feet and has one bedroom and one bath. 90% of the home is underground and includes a hobit hole's signature round, wood door.
Mike Parrish describes himself as a "huge fan." He expects to have the home finished in about 2 months.
