Even though this year's Thanksgiving was a little different, you're likely still feeling that familiar-feeling food coma.
If you ate a typical Thanksgiving dinner, you likely ate as much as 3,000 calories.
So what can you do to burn it off?
The Calorie Control Council says you'd have to do push ups for 15 straight hours.
Or 12 hours of chin ups.
If you want to run and burn off those calories, you'll need to run two marathons back to back.
Our advice: sit back and enjoy that full tummy.
