A former postal worker in Idaho received a welcome blast from the past.
Inside Marvin Wilson's mailbox was a package mailed 26 years ago.
"I was going through the mail and I noticed I got a little package," he said. "The package has a date of April 23, 1990 -- 26 years, two months and 19 days later it gets here."
The mail had come from his mother, who died eight years ago.
In the old package was a stack of pictures of his wife, sister and brother-in-law from a trip they had taken to Las Vegas. The group had competed in a dog show.
The package had originally been delivered to the wrong address.
Wilson is just thankful the recipient forwarded the mail so it finally made it into his hands.
