A funeral director in Texas is now under fire after a woman says he took a selfie with her cousin's casket in the background and it wasn't the first time he's done something like that.
Rose Molina says David L. Jones took a picture on Saturday, the same day as her cousin's memorial.
Molina believes the hearse in the picture is the same one that transported her loved one.
She looked at Jones' Facebook page, and found several pictures of him with hearses and caskets behind him.
The family plans to file an official complaint against the funeral home.
According to the state agency that oversees funeral directors, it could be a violation of conduct.
