But does it really work?
You drink some coffee then take a nap that's less than 30 minutes and wake up feeling refreshed right as the caffeine kicks in.
The U.K. Department of Transportation recently put this to the test.
They found that taking a nap less than 15 minutes after consuming caffeine made drivers more alert.
