Chick-fil-A wins again as America's favorite fast-food restaurant

Chick-fil-A has been named America's favorite limited service or fast-food restaurant once again.

It is the 4th year in the row they have won.

The win was based on ranking by American Customer Satisfaction Index.

Chick-fil-A earned 86 out of 100 when being scored by 23,000 consumers. The chain is known for its customer service training and its employees are known for saying "please" and "thank you" and for having a pleasant demeanor.

A lot of people also really like their chicken sandwiches.

The first Chick-fil-A opened in Henderson in 2018. Their arrival in Las Vegas has been met with great enthusiasm and the cars can often be seen lined up in local drive-thrus.
