A 70-year-old man Florida man was caught on camera standing up in his car while driving.
An off-duty officer spotted a car moving back and forth in the highway's center lane before the man opened the sunroof and stood up.
Police say the man put the car on cruise control and the car went as fast as 100 mph.
The man, identified as Leonard Olsen Jr., told police later that he "thought it would be a nice way to praise God for a minute."
