A California veteran is recovering after he was impaled by a tripod while riding in a vehicle on a California freeway.
Doctors say Tim Page is expected to make a complete recovery despite some broken ribs and a punctured lung.
Police believe the tripod was thrown on purpose and they have arrested the person they believe stole the tripod and threw it from an overpass.
