An outside investigator looking into misconduct allegations against a former Reno City Manager is likely to file his final report without speaking to the three women who sparked the probe.
Mark Mausert, a lawyer for the three women, told the Reno Gazette-Journal that his clients have not been interviewed by investigator David Wall, who was hired by the city to review the initial sexual harassment complaints against Andrew Clinger.
Reno City Attorney Karl Hall confirmed the women haven't been interviewed, saying Mausert put conditions on the interview that were not acceptable.
The three women accused Clinger of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. Clinger denies these claims and resigned from his position in September.
