The Vegas Golden Knights and William Karlsson have avoided an arbitration hearing.
Karlsson has agreed to a one-year contract worth $5.25 million. After that, he will become a free agent again.
VGK initially offered Wild Bill $3.5 million per season, which was a full $3 million less than the team’s leading point setter. Last season, Karlsson only made $1 million.
