Some 13 Action News viewers expressed concern over dozens of chickens on a former North Las Vegas pig farm.
R.C. Farms was home to thousands of pigs for many years until it was sold in March 2016.
Many people assumed that meant the farm owner, Bob Combs, left too.
It turns out Mr. Combs and his wife still live on five acres of the property and the chickens are left over from when the pigs lived there as well.
"They do get out occasionally on the road," said Mr. Combs.
Mr. Combs once had hundreds of chickens but now is down to about 75. He works with a contractor who comes out every other week to catch as many birds as he can until all of them are removed.
Some were concerned the birds weren't being fed and watered, but Mr. Combs showed 13 Action News that they were. He feeds them chicken scratch twice a day.
