International Beer Day is Aug. 3 and there are more than a few places in Las Vegas to enjoy good beer.
Public House is offering a four-course prix fixe pairing menu that's perfect for beer beginners to connoisseurs. Guests will be able to engage in a lively discussion with specially-trained staff while enjoying a selection of dishes, including house-cured beet salmon tartare and coffee-rubbed Wagyu tri-tip. Beers include Hop Valley Bubble Stash and Unibroue la Fin Du Monde. To finish off the experience, guests can order a Chocolate Mousse Bar made with sour raspberry beer compote, brown sugar cookie crust and raspberry dust paired with Squatters Outer Darkness Russian Imperial Stout. Cost is $65 per person.
In addition, Public House also offers their signature Ditch the Milk Beer and Cookie Pairing for $21. Public House also offers a variety of flights.
Ri Ra Las Vegas is celebrating International Beer Day with plenty of international beers, delicious small bites and giveaways. The celebration is happening from 6 to 8 p.m. The Irish Pub is known for its comprehensive drink list, its Irish food and live music.
Grimaldi's Pizzeria will also be celebrating International Beer Day by suggesting the following pairings:
- Peroni + The Garden Pizza: The hoppy aroma on this beer means it can stand up to bold flavors. The onions, olives, mushrooms and tomatoes provide a nice balance for this refreshing lager.
- Blue Moon Belgian White + Brooklyn Bridge: The creamy ricotta and spicy Italian sausage on the Brooklyn Bridge pizza are the perfect complement to slightly citrusy Blue Moon, as it’s able to cut through the spice and deliver a clean and crisp finish.
- Lagunitas IPA + The Don: With sausage, meatballs and pepperoni, The Don needs a beer with a strong flavor profile to cut through some of the richness. With a slight bitterness, the Lagunitas I.P.A stands up to those rich flavors.
BEER PARK at Paris Las Vegas will take beer lovers on a journey abroad with an “Around the World” beer bucket in celebration of International Beer Day. EER PARK’s “Around the World” beer bucket will feature six beers from six different countries: Belgium’s Delirium Tremens, Mexico’s Estrella Jalisco, Netherlands’ Heineken, Japan’s Kirin Light, Germany’s Schönramer Gold and U.S.A.’s Budweiser. The “Around the World” beer bucket will be available for one day, only, priced at $35. The rooftop bar and grill’s selection of over 100 beers, including 36 drafts on tap, will also be available.
