ORIGINAL STORY: Wayne Newton was in court Tuesday, taking the stand to testify in a court case where he is trying to get several personal items back.

It all started when he turned his Casa de Shenandoah into a museum and sold a majority of it to another party.

The house was later sold with the Newtons saying they were unaware of that sale, leading to the dispute over the personal items on the property.
