LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — New video shows a package thief striking minutes after the package was delivered.
A 13 Action News viewer says UPS dropped off the package at 1:28 p.m on April 22.

Just 2 minutes later a woman walks up, swipes it, then turns away.
This happened near Tropicana and Buffalo.

The viewer says her sister has lupus and the package contained a special sunscreen that's only available online.
