LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — UNLV's forthcoming "tech incubator, research, and innovation space," celebrated a major milestone on Thursday.
The Harry Reid Research & Technology Park, also known as the UNLV Tech Park, held a grand opening ceremony after the completion of its first innovation building.
Former Senator Harry Reid was also in attendance for Thursday's event.
The technology park is located near Sunset Road and Durango Drive, with representatives planning for the site to be a high-tech economic base for Southern Nevada.
