Some early voting locations will be open for extended hours Thursday and Friday (June 9 and 10), the last days to vote early in this year’s primary election.
On Thursday and Friday, early voting sites at the Boulevard Mall, Galleria at Sunset and the Meadows Mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Those locations usually close at 7 p.m.
Also on Friday, early voting sites at Arroyo Market Square, Blue Diamond Crossing, Centennial Center, Deer Springs Town Center, Downtown Summerlin, Lowe’s at Tropicana Beltway Center, and Silverado Ranch Plaza will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Those locations usually close at 6 p.m.
A complete schedule of early voting times, locations and addresses is available in voters’ sample ballots and through the County Election Department website at www.ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote.
Voters may cast their ballots at any of the 92 early voting sites open at various times during the early voting period. In every election since 2000, more people have voted before Election Day – either at early voting sites or by mail – than on Election Day and we expect that trend will continue this year.
Voters may also cast their ballots on primary Election Day, Tuesday, June 14, at their assigned polling place, which is identified on voters’ sample ballots and can be looked up through the Election Department website.
Only registered voters will be allowed to cast ballots in the election. Anyone who is unsure if they are registered to vote in Clark County should check their registration status by logging into Registered Voter Services through the Election Department website. People without access to the Internet may call the Election Department at (702) 455-VOTE (8683).
