LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — For the second year in a row, authorities kicked off the Dusk 2 Dawn campaign to prevent deaths on the road.
Thursday, authorities targeted eight streets in Southern Nevada with the highest critical and deadly pedestrian crashes.
Drivers and pedestrians were reminded that 80% of pedestrian deaths occur from dusk to dawn.
There have been five road fatalities this year - two more than last year.
