It will be the first fight for Rousey in a more than a year, according to MM Fighting.
Nunes and Rousey will be battling for the women's bantamweight champion belt. Nunes took the belt from Miesha Tate at UFC 200 in July.
Rousey stopped fighting after a second-round knockout loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 last November.
Before she was defeated, Rousey was known for dominating the sport. She won each of her previous four fights in 66 seconds or less.
Rousey was the biggest mainstream star the UFC ever had and appeared in multiple feature films including "Fast & Furious 7."
Rousey admitted during an interview with Ellen Degeneres that she had suicidal thoughts after losing to Holm.
Tickets prices have not been announced at this time.
